Patigro is a small real estate firm based in Central Texas that focuses on properties most buyers cannot handle.

Many property owners come to us after being told the same thing over and over again. You can sell once the title is fixed. The problem is that fixing title often takes months or years, costs real money, and requires learning a legal process most people have never dealt with before.

We built Patigro to be an alternative to that experience.

Our work centers on properties with complicated ownership, inheritance issues, missing or unknown heirs, liens, judgments, and other problems that make a normal sale difficult or impossible. These situations are stressful, confusing, and often emotionally heavy, especially when they involve family property or something that has been unresolved for a long time.

Rather than asking owners to solve those problems first, we step in and take them on ourselves.

We do not require clear title at closing. We do not ask sellers to hire lawyers upfront or spend months chasing paperwork. When it makes sense, we work with attorneys and researchers we trust, advance the cost, and handle the process so the seller does not have to.

Our offers are not designed to be the highest possible number on paper. They are designed to reflect the reality of the situation and provide a clean, straightforward way forward. For many people, that tradeoff of less money in exchange for speed, certainty, and relief is worth it.

We are a good fit for people who would rather have an experienced team handle a complex problem than try to figure it out on their own. We are not the right fit for everyone, and we are upfront about that. If someone wants to take the time to fix things themselves, we are usually happy to explain what that process looks like and point them in the right direction.

Most of our work is in and around Central Texas, and many of the properties we deal with have been stuck for years before we get involved. Our goal is simple. Help people resolve property problems that have become a burden, and do it in a way that is fair, clear, and respectful.
